At Lizadeco.shop, customer satisfaction is a priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, eligible wall art items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and maintained in their original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

  • Products must not be customized beyond the standard options available on the product page.

2. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be approved before shipping the item back.

To begin the process, contact us at contact@lizadeco.shop. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label.

  • Step-by-step packing instructions.

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the package.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Damaged products, including frames, prints, or packaging.

  • Incorrect items, sizes, designs, or colors.

  • Missing parts or hanging hardware.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items, including designs with added text or images.

  • Final sale or clearance products.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original purchase and then place a new order. Any approved refund or credit can be applied toward the replacement item.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply before funds appear in your account.
